HTII, IIP series CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe

Range of application:

Mainly used for machining shaft, disk and other rotary parts, which is an essential processing equipment for large motor, engine spindle and all kinds of rotor.

HTⅡP series is an integral three guide way CNC heavy duty horizontal lathe with machining diameter Φ1600-Φ2500mm, load bearing 32-80 tons. Wide bed guide way with strong rigidity is more suitable for large cutting fore machining.

HTⅡ series is an integral four guideway CNC heavy duty lathe with machining diameter Φ1250-Φ2000mm, load bearing 20-40 tons. Superior structure of bed guideway, more suitable for high precision compound machining.

Feature:

●The bed guideway is processed by induction quenching grinding, with good thermal stability, cutting stability, large load and long service life. The carriage bed is fully protected by stainless steel protective cover.

●High-precision double row cylindrical roller bearing supports the through-shaft type spindle, with good precision retention. The gear is processed by grinding technology after quenching to ensure the working precision and low noise.

●After finite element analysis and modular design, the carriage has high cutting stiffness, high transmission stiffness, fast response speed, high movement precision and position precision of carriage. The carriage can adopt left and right tool row structure or electric turret structure in its various forms.  

●Tailstock adopts the overall box structure, with high strength and large load capacity. Adopt high precision double row cylindrical roller bearing to support the mandrel, with large load capacity and high precision.

●Can provide a variety of accessories: closed center rest, open center rest, hydrostatic center rest, C-shaped center rest, grinding head accessories, milling accessories, tool measurement, workpiece measurement, etc.
