1、Range of application:

It is mainly used for processing heavy duty and super heavy duty basic parts, especially for CNC machining of various plane, surface, space surface and hole of black metal and non-ferrous metal with large weight and longer workpiece length. With the configuration of various accessory milling heads, the ram milling head can automatically and continuously complete the machining of milling, boring, drilling, counterboring, reaming, tapping, turning and other multi-process and multi-station on five surfaces according to the given program in one clamping of the workpiece. It is suitable for wind power, heavy machine, locomotives, shipbuilding, power generation, machine tool, printing, textile, mold and other manufacturing industries semi-finishing and finishing, can also be used for rough machining.

The boring and milling head for ram of this machine tool can be equipped with a variety of accessory milling head to expand its processing range.

2、Feature:

●  Adopt the gantry movable form, crossrail fixed, center  symmetrical layout.

●   Bed consists of two rectangular hydrostatic guideways. The feed transmission adopts the Qiqihar Heavy CNC independent intellectual property hydrostatic worm nut rack structure, double servo synchronization, full closed-loop control.

●  The slide base of the boring and milling carriage adopts the closed hydrostatic guide rail horizontally, high precision ball screw drive (or double servo motor master-slave control through double gear - rack drive technology), full closed-loop control.

●  The ram of boring and milling carriage adopts closed the hydrostatic guide rail vertically (with white wear-resisting ROLON guide plate to reduce the wear of sliding guide rail), large diameter precision ball screw drive technology, and full closed-loop control.

●  When the table is in indexing motion, two sets of AC main motor double drive master and slave control, the drive system is automatically converted to the anti-backlash transmission mode to achieve the requirements of high grade transmission accuracy and positioning accuracy.

●  Four-axis linkage, all linear moving feed axes are detected with closed-loop grating ruler. The feed of rotary table is full closed-loop controlled by Heidenhain circular grating.

●  Various accessories are optional: right angle milling head (extended right angle milling head), extension milling head, universal milling head (two-way swing angle milling head), narrow right angle milling head, and other accessories head.
