Range of application：

Standard CNC double column vertical lathe, widely used in rough, semi-finishing and finishing for large disk, ring, rotary parts internal and external cylindrical surface, conical surface, plane, grooving, cutting, turning thread and rotary curved surface. Small occupation area, high cost performance.

Feature:

●The machine adopts closed-type gantry layout, left and right symmetrical structure, high stiffness, good precision retention.

●Spindle of the machine is driven by DC motor, mechanical II shift stepless speed regulation, hydraulic control automatic speed change, speed change with mechanical lock, gear in the spindle box adopts quenching grinding process, stable transmission, high reliability.

●The axial support of table adopts hydrostatic guideway, which has large bearing capacity and good vibration resistance. Table is installed with hydrostatic oil film preload bearing, which can improve the oil film stiffness. Hydrostatic guide surface is provided with oil film thickness measurement device, that can protect the table guideway.

●Spindle center is equipped encoder, with the turning thread, constant linear speed cutting function.

●The moving shaft of railhead adopts anti-wear guide pair to improve the vibration resistance and position accuracy of the machine tool, and with good guide rail accuracy retention.
