Series of gear hobbing machine

Range of application: 

CNC gear hobbing machine can machining involute tooth straight gear cylindrical gear, helical gear cylindrical gear, worm gear, involute spline and chain wheel via hobbing method. It is suitable for both high-efficiency rough machining of tooth profile and high-precision finishing of tooth profile. The machine is fully digital controlled, with 6 CNC axes, which can realize 4 axes linkage.

Feature:

●X axis full closed loop control, with outage backspacing protection function. The guideway adopts steel inlaid rectangular guideway, which has feature of high hardness and good wear resistance. Column movable guiding guideway is mounted between the two guideways with high guiding precision. The X axis feed system is mounted in the middle of two guideways, with even force.

●Z axis full closed-loop control, and motor with braking. Meanwhile, the top of lead screw is installed with electromagnetic brake, which plays a dual role of protection. The guideway adopts steel inlaid rectangular form, with feature of hardness and good wear resistance.

●The tangential movement of Y axis tool head is controlled by servo feed motor semi-closed loop to facilitate axial movement of tool when tool wear. The feed guideway adopts V-shaped, which is stable and has high precision retentivity.

●B axis tool head motor adopts Siemens water-cooled spindle motor. Spindle speed can reach 200r/min after III step gears. High-speed hobbing milling cutter is adopted to realize high-speed and high-efficient gear hobbing and improve the processing efficiency.

●C axis adopts circular grating detection, full closed-loop control. Table base adopts the technology of hydrostatic guideway with constant current and constant pressure compound closed type, which can realize guideway never wear, little floatation and good precision maintenance. It is adopted the master-slave anti-backlash structure of double motor drive single worm gear and double worm gear, which is simple, reliable, high transmission stiffness and good stability.

●A axis adopts the technology of two sets of double lead worm meanwhile driving a worm wheel to eliminate the indexing clearance and improve the indexing precision of hobbing tool head.

●It is equipped with CNC hobbing machine special operating interface by independent research and development, sampling and tracking the internal parameters of system, simplify the operation procedures, and automatically generate machining procedures, simple and convenient operation, suitable for operators.
